Melodic Connections: Special Needs Music Class for Kids
Overview:
Melodic Connections is an inclusive, joyful group music class designed for children with special needs. This class provides a safe, creative space where children can explore music, build sensory awareness, and develop social and emotional skills, all while parents actively participate to support their child’s growth. Each session is tailored to specific age groups to ensure an engaging and enriching experience for every child.

Age Brackets:

Tiny Treble Makers (Ages 3-8)
This introductory class for younger children focuses on exploring the basics of rhythm, melody, and sound through fun, hands-on activities. Kids will engage with simple instruments and sensory play in a supportive and playful environment. -
Rhythm Explorers (Ages 9-12)
This group is designed for preteens to further develop their musical understanding. We emphasize teamwork, rhythm games, and active music-making that encourages self-expression, social interaction, and collaboration. -
Harmony Creators (Ages 13-18)
For older children and teens, this class focuses on using music as a tool for emotional expression, building confidence, and strengthening communication skills. Teens will explore more complex rhythms and melodies while participating in group activities that foster connection and creativity.

What We Offer:

Parent Participation: Parents join their children in each class, fostering a shared experience that strengthens the parent-child bond and supports learning and engagement.

Interactive Instrument Play & Singing: Children will explore a variety of sensory-friendly instruments, promoting motor skills and sensory awareness plus joyful singing.

Social and Emotional Growth: Group activities, music games, and collaborative music-making encourage social interaction and emotional expression.

Movement with Music: Incorporating body movement into the sessions helps improve coordination and provides a fun, energetic way to engage with rhythm.

Class Structure:

Duration: 45 minutes (may extend up to an hour depending on the students’ attention and engagement levels)

Frequency: Weekly (4 classes per month)

Group Size: 6-8 children with their parents

Cost: P4,000 per month (4 classes)

INDIVIDUAL MUSIC THERAPY SESSION
